We will meet you on the Pier in downtown Ketchikan
You are protected from the elements while seated in our comfortable heated shelter deck. The more adventurous may wish to sit in the upper observation decks.
This is the "real thing"! The crew will "tie loose" and head out to the pristine fishing grounds of the Metlaketla Indian reserve waters. You will be familiarized with the vessel, its gear and colorful history. Whales, sea otters, porpoises, and eagles are sure to be curious about the action and may very well come over to investigate.
Be prepared with your camera and curiosity as king, snow, and Dungeness crab, octopus, prawns, and sharks are placed in the on-deck live tank before being released back into the wild.
