Denali In the heart of Alaska's vast and unconquerable wilderness, there's no reason you shouldn't be wrapped in comfort and service.  The brand new Denali Mt. McKinley Princess Lodge blends an outstanding location with fabulous riverside accommodations and amenities.  A series of cruisetours are offered, featuring two nights in Denali State Park so you can enjoy all the greatest sights and activities.  The Mt. McKinley Princess Lodge is closer to Mt. McKinley than any other cruisetour accommodation.

The "Great One" - or Denali to the locals - rises from a valley only 1,000 feet above sea level to a height of 20,320 feet.  The mountain is the centerpiece of the five-million-acre Denali National Park, but it is just one of the reasons to visit this magnificent wilderness.  The drive along the George Parks Highway takes you into the domain of grizzly bears, huge Alaskan moose, marmots, squirrels, foxes, coyotes, and beavers.  Birds in great variety make their summer homes within the Park as well, with year-round residents including the golden eagle, ptarmigan, and the great horned owl.
