Introduction
CruiseAlaska.com has specialized in Alaska cruises on the Internet since 1996. We are part of the Expedia CruiseShipCenters franchise system and are wholly owned by Paradise Cruise Center Ltd., established in 1987.
Our offices are located in downtown Vancouver at #400 - 1055 West Hastings Street where we are literally a block from Canada Place Pier where most cruise ships to Alaska arrive and depart daily during the Alaska cruise season from May to September. We are also minutes away from the other major Vancouver port at Ballantyne Pier. While Alaska remains our specialty, we do book our international clients on cruises to worldwide destinations, such as the Caribbean, Europe, Mexico, and Asia.

Our Crew
Collectively, our staff has more than 100 years of experience in the cruise business, and have been on over 400 cruises. Our hours of operation are from 7:00am to 7:00pm Pacific, Monday to Friday (10:00am to 10:00pm Eastern), and from 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific on Saturday and Sunday. At our location it is presently 1:40pm (Pacific time) on Wednesday, July 23. We are now open!

Information Collected
There are two types of information we collect. First, we collect data to count Web page accesses and gather some general statistical information, which may include IP numbers (data that allows us to identify the number of "unique visitors" to our site). CruiseAlaska.com does not gather any personal information through the use of these techniques. Second, we receive information from our viewers sent by e-mail or through our "Select a Cruise" response forms. This information is used only to help fulfill cruise booking requests – it is not shared with any third parties except those companies we need to contact in order to fulfill such requests, such as cruiselines. We never provide information to companies or individuals that are not essential to carrying out a booking request. In addition, e-mail or mailing addresses we receive are not placed on mailing lists unless the sender explicity makes such a request (for example, clicking the "Yes, please add me to your mailing list for updates on new specials" checkbox on the "Select a Cruise" form). We will gladly honor any request to remove an address from our mailing list at any time. The addresses in our mailing list are confidential and will never be sold or given away to third parties.

Terms & Conditions
CruiseAlaska.com & CruiseShipCenters are acting as intermediary and agent for suppliers ("principals" identified on the travel order/receipt) in selling services, or in accepting reservations for services which are not directly supplied by this agency (such as cruises, air carriage, hotel accomodations, ground transortation, meals, tours, etc.). This agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which results in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Unless the term "Guaranteed" is specically stated in writing on your ticket, invoice, or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any of such suppliers' rates, bookings, or reservation. Agents shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any travleller in connetion with terrorist activities, social or labour unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the agent's control. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveller(s) voluntarily assume(s) all risks involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveller is hereby warned of such risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Your retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above, and an agreement on your part to convey the contents hereto to your travel companions or group members.
Cancellation Policy
CruiseAlaska.com & CruiseShipCenters will charge a cancellation fee of $100.00 per cabin/booking on all cruise travel or $100.00 for on all air or other travel arrangements. This fee is used to cover our administration costs in processing the cancellation and is in addition to any cancellation penalties charged by the supplier (cruise line, airline carrier or any other travel company). If the cancellation is due to a compassionate reason, we may offer a cruise credit certificate in the amount of the $100.00 cancellation fee, good towards a future re-booking.
